UCS Tip – Schedule E-mails to Be Sent Later

In this tip for using the University Collaboration Suite (UCS), we will show you how you can schedule an e-mail message to be sent at a later date and time.

The Send Later feature allows you to maintain important communications even when you are not logged into your account. Scheduling a message to be sent using the Send Later feature saves the message on the server and then sends the message to the chosen recipients at the scheduled date and time, regardless of whether or not you are logged into UCS.

To access the Send Later feature:

  1. In UCS, compose a new message.
  2. Click the arrow on the Send button.
  3. Choose Send Later from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select a date and time to send the message.
  5. Click OK.
