Workflow is an initiative that provides a Web-based interface for completing and submitting University forms. The new Web-based Workflow system will enable the University to implement features not currently available in the existing EASY (Electronic Approval System) system. For example, it includes role based authorizations, an easier to use interface, implementation of standard central workflow approval policies, etc.
