Quick Turn-around Rules for System Maintenance Requests:
All System Maintenance Requests must be requested prior to 3:00pm for the same day service to be guaranteed.  Any exceptions to this time frame must be requested by the manager of the program area.

Be sure all subroutines are linked and linked in the proper order.
