Change TCP Print Number Request Form

This form is to be completed by tech support personnel only.  All other requests will be returned, causing delays in processing.  The form should be completed AFTER you have read "Instructions for Requesting an AIS TCP Printer ID". A separate form must be submitted for each TCP printer request.
Please do NOT submit this form until you have installed, configured, and tested your equipment for TCP remote printing.

If a filter is set-up at the remote location, please ensure that OAS.PSU.EDU (128.118.109.3) is allowed to pass through your filter.

A TCP ID will be assigned within 5 business days. The TCP ID will be sent to you via electronic mail.  If you haven't received notification of completed requests within 5 working days, contact the AIS HelpDesk at 814-863-2276.
