First-line assistance is provided to administrative users for questions regarding administrative computing, connectivity and access. The Support Center is also responsible for facilitating and integrating the use of information technology in administrative offices at Penn State. This includes providing training and support in the use of microcomputers, centralized Administrative Information Systems, client/server applications, word processing, tracking systems, calendaring and communications.
