ECIS Access Request

The Emergency Contact Information System (ECIS) is the primary resource for acquiring emergency contact information for Penn State faculty, staff, and students. ECIS users who have been approved for access to the new, updated system may access ECIS via iTwo.

In order to obtain access to ECIS, you must contact the Access and Security Representative (ASR) within your unit. Your ASR will submit this request for access to be approved by the ECIS Security Representative.
Requests for access to ECIS will be directed to the appropriate PSU user office for review. In order to gain access to student contact information, it is mandatory that all users complete the online FERPA Training Tutorial. If you have not done so yet, complete the online FERPA Training Tutorial.

  • Student Emergency Staff:
    User has access to Scholar contact and course/schedule information, Student Emergency Contact, and Missing Persons Contact information.
    Student Emergency Consumer:
    User has access to Scholar contact and course/schedule information only.
