University Policies for Computer & Data Security

All Administrative Information Services (AIS) users are instructed to know and understand their responsibilities pertaining to system and data access. University Policies AD20 and AD23, along with University Guideline ADG01, must be understood by an AIS user before he/she receives a user ID. The user confirms this by signing the "Request to Security Office for User ID to Access Administrative Computer System" form, which states that the user has read these policies and will abide by them.
