Browser Compatibility

The following web browsers are certified by Oracle, the vendor that makes iTwo:

Windows:

  • Internet Explorer 6 through 8
  • Firefox 3.5

 Mac OS:

  • Firefox 2.0

For all browsers you will need to have cookies and JavaScript enabled. You should permit pop-ups to be displayed for the iTwo site. Adobe Flash is required for viewing charts and graphs. A minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 is recommended. You must be connected to a Penn State network to access iTwo. If you are working remotely and cannot reach the iTwo site, ensure that your VPN client is connected.

You may use other browsers with iTwo but support is only available for those listed above. Here are some known issues and workarounds when using other browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 9: You will need to enable Compatibility View to ensure proper viewing of the site. Instructions are available on the iTwo Blog.
  • Chrome: Charts and graphs do not display in Chrome even when the Adobe Flash plug-in is installed.
