ISIS Etc Letters:
- As you may recall when we started sending our output over to mpc, there were some issues with ETC letters. At that time, XEROX was unable to provide us with a fix, and as a result, we
had to add two steps to the etc jobs. Well, Xerox has provided us with a fix, and based on our testing, it works. I have changed the jcl on ucc7 that executes and will change the
jcl on our ZI Roscoe library later this week. Please alert your folks of this change. Also, if you need to test any ETC jobs, your jcl will have to change. You only need the ETC program
step, changing the compose dd statement to either point to the output statement or have the appropriate sysout parameters.
Thanks Clyde
ISIS Refresh:
- The ISIS refresh puts production data in test that we really don't want there.
The file 203 refresh (DB3203ML? ) puts refund authorization data in test on ABRX that Scott Bitner deletes manually after the file 203 refresh runs. - The file 202 refresh (DM3202ML?) puts real e-mail addresses on AMME (ARUSAB) that we really don't want there. As long as they are on file, we run the risk of sending test e-mails to PSU advisors etc. This data should be removed from test.
SEAISIS:
- If someone asks for access to SEAISIS (a ROSCOE RPF to view update msglogs cut in ISIS), security needs to grant that person access to these datasets:
- SCYCL.N.FDOXV.ISIS.ACCUM.DATA
- SCYCL.N.FDOXV01.ISIS.ACCUM.DATA
- That will allow them to use XX.SEAISIS in ROSCOE.
