Integrated Student Information System (ISIS)

ISIS, accessible to faculty and staff (not students), is the centralized student system that manages the records for all Penn State students--graduate, undergraduate, credit, and non-credit--at all Penn State locations. ISIS manages student records from admission through graduation, including billing, course scheduling, student aid, and transcripts.

ISIS host Web sites are Admissions, Bursar, Graduate School, Housing and Food Services, Registrar, and Student Aid.

For information about, or to login into, the Electronic Integrated Student Information Systems (eISIS), visit the eISIS page.

Obtaining Access

  1. Before any student-related access is requested, the user must successfully complete the FERPA online tutorial. Information can be found on the FERPA Tutorial page of the Registrar's Web site.
  2. Contact the Access and Security Representative (ASR) within your unit.
  3. Your ASR will determine if you should have access to the Integrated Student Information System (ACOM & BCOM).
