Logging into WebIBIS
- You must have an Access Account (Information Technology Services Accounts Services)
- You must have an IBIS Security Profile. This profile describes which IBIS function and data you can access. (Access and Security Representative)
- From this website, use the home page login button or login link found at the top of all pages.
Helpful Hints
- Screen layouts within WebIBIS are best viewed with a medium text size setting for the browser. To view the text size for Microsoft Internet Explorer, click on the view menu option at the top of the browser and choose text size and select medium.
- Do not use the "Back" capability of the browser when in the WebIBIS application. Since WebIBIS is a Web application and not a collection of Web pages, using the "Back" button of the browser can cause WebIBIS to function improperly.
Limitations & Known Problems
Some parts of WebIBIS are written in the new programming language called Java. Currently the Macintosh operating system will not run this Java code as written; however, a software package called VirtualPC can correct this problem. This product may be purchased from the Computer Store.
