Human Resources Function Index
This index will assist you in determining which IBIS form or function to use for the human resource action you want to do. You can also use the electronic version of this index by typing FORM at the Next Function line in CCOM and answering the questions on the FORM screen. This index is separated into two categories:
- Academic, which encompasses Academic and Academic Administrators with STN, FT1, FT2 and FTM appointment types.
- Non-Academic, which encompasses Administrators, Staff (STN, FT1, and FT2) and Technical Service (STN).
