What is eISIS?

eISIS provides Penn State faculty and staff with a Web interface for gaining access to data on students who are currently taking, or have previously taken, courses at any of the campuses.

How do I access eISIS?

There are three main components that you will need to access eISIS.


1. A Penn State Access Account from Academic Services and Emerging Technologies

2. An Integrated Student Information System (ISIS) Security Profile. It is required that all eISIS users have the eISIS function assigned to their ISIS security profile. Contact your Access & Security Representative

3. An Administrative Information Services (AIS) Second Factor Authentification Token

I can't login to eISIS. What should I do?

What is the Schreyer Honors College eISIS application?

The Schreyer Honors College is enabling a fully-electronic student records system. The Student Office is working with representatives of the Honors College and AIS Diversified Administrative Systems to create a Web interface for providing data and scanned images of student records, select communications and forms to the college staff.

How does eISIS differ from eLion?

eLion is used by students for obtaining access and updating their own ISIS data, while eISIS is used by administrators for accessing and updating information of any student for which the user is authorized.
