Alumni Development

    This model contains data for all constituents on the Alumni and Development database through the year 2000 and is not updated.
  • Parent Preferred Census
    This model contains data for all parent constituents on the Alumni and Development database and is updated monthly.

    Contains Classroom Inventory. This model is updated monthly.

Human Resources

Employee Census and Official Counts.

  • Employee Census 1997-2001
    Model provides historical measures related to employee census and is not updated.
  • Employee Census Yearly (starting from 2001 to previous year)
    These models provide historical measures related to employee census from 2001 to the previous year and are not updated. Employee Census 2005 Note: Admin Area name changes to some units in October have split data between the old and new Admin Area names.
  • Employee Census Current YTD
    Model provides monthly measures related to employee census for the current year.
  • Official Annual Academic and Academic Administrator Counts (full-time only)
    Official Annual Academic and Academic Administrator Counts (full-time only) and is updated yearly between August and September.
  • Official Annual Reporting Counts (full-time only)
    Full time employee information extracted from the September monthly payroll. This model is updated yearly between August to September.

This folder contains Graduate Degrees Conferred and Undergraduate Degrees Conferred.

    Graduate School Future Admissions and Graduate School History Admissions information.

      This model is updated on a Yearly (Fiscal) in late September.
  • Fall, Spring, and Summer Official Undergraduate Degrees Conferred
    These models contain 10 years of Fall, Spring, and Summer Only Undergraduate Degrees Conferred (Baccalaureate and Associate Degrees) at all locations except Penn College, Hershey and Dickinson. This information is updated annually.
  • Year Official Undergraduate Degrees Conferred
    This model contains 10 years of Undergraduate Degrees Conferred (Baccalaureate and Associate Degrees Only) at all locations except Penn College, Hershey, and Dickinson. This information is updated yearly and matches the officially reported counts distributed to State and Federal Agencies: PDE and IPEDS.

This folder contains enrollment reports from the Graduate School, Registrar, and Budget Office.

        Enrollment Change Reports that previously were available through AIDAE. These models are updated yearly.
    • Historical Fall Official Enrollments
      This Historical model contains 15-plus years of Fall enrollments at all locations except Penn College. It is updated yearly in October/November.
    • Official World Campus Enrollments
      This view contains World Campus Enrollments beginning 2006. This reflects counts for students enrolled only in the World Campus for each calendar year. It is updated yearly in October/November.
    • Fall, Spring and Summer Official Enrollments
      These models contain 6 years of Spring and Summer enrollments at all locations except Penn College. Fall is updated yearly in October, Spring is updated yearly in March, and Summer is updated yearly in August.
    • Year Official Enrollments
      This is a combined Official enrollment model that contains Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters for the past 6 years. The counts are the same as the individual models but are combined into one. This model also includes all locations except Penn College and is updated yearly in October.
  • Weekly Enrollment Reports
    This folder contains Registar Fall, Spring, and Summer Enrollment, Registrar Enrollment Independent Learning Students Only, and Registrar Enrollment Withdrawn Students Only models. It also contains special views of some Registrar models under a NewsBox "Special Enrollment Reports."
    • Fall Weekly Enrollment
      Enrollment for fall semesters starting from 2003 to current semester. The model opens up displaying all weeks and all locations for the three years of data and is updated weekly.
    • Spring Weekly Enrollment
      Enrollment for spring semesters starting from 2003 to current semester. The model opens up displaying all weeks and all locations for the three years of data and is updated weekly.
    • Summer Weekly Enrollment
      Enrollment for summer semesters starting from 2003 to current semester. The model opens up displaying all weeks and all locations for the three years of data and is updated weekly.
