Scheduling Request for Service (SRS)

Request fulfillment for scheduling work is accomplished in Production Control and Operations by partner offices requesting work using a Scheduling Request System (SRS). Production Control and Operations staff are committed to managing 100% of scheduling requests via this system. 

For requests regarding the scheduling of a batch production jobs, use the SRS system:

Entering this Web site requires a Penn State Access Account. Having an Access Account allows the user to create a customer profile.

The SRS will provide the ability to create, view and reuse previous requests, changing request dates and parameters, if any.
