Recognizing the importance of long-term relationships with alumni, Administrative Information Services (AIS) securely establishes, maintains, and manages databases related to alumni biographical information, memberships, pledge data, etc., and provides services to manage the stewardship of alumni gifts.

Services

Penn State Stewardship Program (eSteward)

eSteward provides authorized Penn State personnel with a Web site tool that brings together the data needed for the management and stewardship of donor gifts with the scholarship and program endowments/accounts that the gifts support.

Recognizing our fiduciary responsibility in caring for these gifts, successful use of eSteward helps to build lifelong relationships with our donors by reinforcing the impact of their investment in the continuing success and mission of Penn State.
