Account Information Management System (AIMS)
The AIMS (Account Information Management System) system was retired, effective May 8th, 2012.
Faculty who used AIMS should now use the myResearch Portal service. Demonstrations of the myResearch Portal are available via the IT staff in Sponsored Programs. If you would like to schedule a demo, then please contact David Gindhart. Staff who currently use AIMS should begin using FIT. The FIT Reporting tool can be downloaded from the FIT Web site. Questions about FIT should be directed to the AIS Support Center.
In April 2011, the Office of Sponsored Programs launched the myResearch Portal to provide faculty with real-time, Web-based access to administrative data associated with their sponsored research. In addition to providing access to financial information, the myResearch Portal provides access to other information, such as pending proposals, pending and active awards, and active protocols.
