Editor receives e-mail notification that a new page has been created 4. Editor reviews the page, approves (minor edits at the most), and updates Admin. Notes, if needed, and releases page for publishing to production Web site Page created / changed » page rejected (significant changes required) » Author » Editor » Author » Editor » publish 1. Author creates a page 2. Author submits page to workflow 3. Editor receives e-mail notification that a new page has been created 4. Editor reviews the page and finds that significant changes are required 5. Editor updates Admin. Notes, instructing Author on revisions that are required before page can be published 6. Editor rejects the page 7. Author receives e-mail notification that page has been rejected 8. Author accesses page, views Admin. Notes, makes necessary changes and optionally updates Admin Notes 9. Author submits corrected page to workflow 10. Editor receives e-mail notification that changed page is awaiting release 11. Editor reviews page, reads Admin Notes, releases for publishing to production Web site Note: Pages will be published to the production Web server within 24 hours. Those pages that have been submitted to workflow by the Author and released by the Editor will be published within this time period.
