Add Subheadings for Main Section Page
Based on user-testing, we have determined standard subheadings for a main section page. In order to be consistent with the rest of the site, we ask that you avoid varying too far from this model:


Definitions of these labels:
General Info - Link to Hours of Availability page as the first item in the list. - Links to information that defines or describes a system/service
Requesting Access - Links to information about how to become an authorized user of a system - Label format: (system + Access) and placed as first item in the list - Example: IBIS Access
Connecting - Links to information about how to physically connect to the system - Must include hardware & software requirements - Label format: (Connecting to the + system) - Example: Connecting to the Data Warehouse - Link to Logon to system
Get Help - Links to FAQs about known issues - Label format: (Frequently Asked Questions – + name of system/service) and placed as first item in the list - Example: Frequently Asked Questions - Generalized Interface - User Help or trouble-shooting documentation
Get Started - Links to information of interest to a new user - Installation instructions
Training - Link to existing main AIS Training section page, as appropriate. - Label format: (AIS Training Services) and placed as first item in the list - Tutorials (if avail) - Online documentation (if avail) - Instructional material (if avail)
