Free Student Data Training

A free Student Data Training workshop is scheduled for:

July 16, 2009
9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
404 Old Main

The seminar is NOT hands-on training but is focused primarily on learning about the data available in the Student database, what tables and fields are accessible, and how to structure queries to retrieve the desired information. This program covers concepts related to designing queries, joining tables, and specifics related to tables and fields within databases. Please note Data Warehouse access specifically for the Student Data table is required.

This session will also be available via video conferencing. Interested campuses should register and send an email to itstraining@psu.edu to reserve a port. Please include the following information in your email request:

  • Course Title
  • Course Date/Time
  • Campus Location
  • Building
  • Room Number

Enrollment is limited to 25 and seating will be on a first come, first serve basis.
