Student Sem All Semesters Table

A single table has been created that includes all student_sem records for all semesters. This new table is called uf_student_sem_allsems and includes all information in the uf_student_sem_future, uf_student_sem_curr, uf_student_sem and uf_hist_student_sem tables.
