New Student Field accessid_status

A new field called accessid_status will be added to the student_bio and student_sem tables (all tables current, future and historical). This new field indicates whether a person has activated their PSU Access ID. This field can also be used to determine if a student's email account is active. Valid values include: "J"oined (receives email); "P"ending (email returned to sender); "L"ocked (email returned to sender).

This information has been populated for the current semester tables and will move to the history tables as each semester ends. The future tables will be populated starting on September 5 when the Spring 2007 data will be loaded into the future tables.
