From The Director
Our lives were simple before we grew up and had to worry about things like identity theft and the fraudulent use of credit cards. I liked Spam - my children liked Spam, especially with scrambled eggs in the morning. I used my credit cards often - and my children loved (me) to use my credit cards (on them). But here we are today.....
Spam is given to us by the evil empire, and the evil empire steals our identity.
Within AIS we have a small group of dedicated staff members who try to protect us from these evils, while also improving our local network and telecommunications environment. They harden our networked infrastructure, configure our internal networks, and help us with our desktop and laptop computers. They also keep me out of Penn State 'jail' by working very closely with our internal auditors!
Read further about our Network Infrastructure Group and its current activities.

Bob joined AIS from TNS in January and we are very excited to have him.
