Procedures for Creating and Updating IBIS Documentation As IBIS applications continue to be developed by central offices and departments, it is the responsibility of the AIS Web and Communication Services Team and the Information Technology Services (ITS) Consulting and Support Services to ensure that all online documentation is kept up-to-date. Creating new online IBIS documentation The office or department providing content for the new IBIS documentation should direct their request to lsm1@psu.edu. A timeframe of at least two to three weeks is needed to finalize the document before it becomes available on the web. Prior to publication, a final draft of the document will be reviewed by the developing office and the AIS contact. The developing office or department must ensure that:
Changing or updating existing IBIS documentation? Notification of any changes or updates to existing IBIS online documentation can be directed to lsm1@psu.edu. Depending on the type of change or update, one to two weeks is needed to complete the request.
