There is a new GI test server available at: https://ssntest.oas.psu.edu/isapi/gi.dll/rpc2. Please start using this server in place of atsc44 for all you GI testing needs. The new server is substantially more robust than the old one and should be faster as well as more reliable. All new GI services will be built on the new GI test server.
