August 16 - Temporary Service Outage
There will be a temporary outage of all AIS non-mainframe services from 5 to 7 a.m., Tues., Aug. 16. The scheduled outage--occurring during the normal maintenance window of time--will be used to install new hardware. The outage will not effect normal business operations for FIT. Hours of Availability for FIT are: Sunday through Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to midnight.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the AIS Support Center at (814) 863-2276 during its normal business hours, Sunday, 3 to 11 p.m.; Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.; and Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
