Standard Reports A collection of standard report templates has been created for IBIS financial data. All nine reports--AdjCateg, BARA, BasicGF, Category, EXPCAT, MOB, MOBPlus, UnivRstr, and UnivNonRstr-- were built by the Corporate Controller's office. The reports are platform specific (Windows reports will not run on a Macintosh and vice versa), and forward compatible (reports from earlier versions can be used with the current version of FIT, but there is no guarantee that reports from the current version can be used with previous versions). Follow the steps below for your platform to install the FIT reports. The instructions assume that FIT has been installed on your computer and the FITRPTS folder exists. The FITRPTS folder is created the first time FIT is launched. Windows After downloading the file REPORTS.EXE, double click on it to expand it. The archive will place the reports within the C:\IBISFIT\FITRPTS. Launch FIT. Go into Reporting and open the desired report. Mac   After downloading the file  REPORTS.BIN, double-click on it to open it. The reports will be saved in a REPORTS FOLDER on the desktop. Drag and drop these reports into the HARDDRIVE:IBISFIT/FITRPTS folder. Launch FIT. Go into Reporting and open the desired report. When asked to open a report, FIT will search the FITRPTS directory for valid reports. FIT will not recognize any other kind of document (i.e., a Word document).
