FIT Access In order to access FIT, please arrange the following: Have AIS Security grant IBIS access to function ISTR via Systems Access form. Download FIT application. Your AIS and ITS Access Account userIDs must be the same. If your two IDs do not match, contact your Access and Security Representative (ASR). Let the ASR know that you need your AIS ID changed to match your ITS Access Account ID, and provide them with both ID numbers. The ASR will then contact the AIS Support Center at 814-863-2276 and provide this information. The change will take a few days. Once this is done, the ASR will be notified and will, in turn, notify you.
