EIS Contact Information

  1. Contact the AIS Support Center (814-863-2276) if:

    You receive a "Server is Busy" page or if the model or Table of Contents never loads. They will log the call and make sure that the Server Support staff is notified. Please be prepared to provide the following information:

    • Date
    • Time
    • Browser type and version
    • Message received
    • Location or model attempting to access
    • Is access via LAN or home dial-up?

  2. The EIS is intended to be available 24 hours, 7 days a week.  However, during non-regular work hours if the system is not responsive, it may not be operational until the next regular business day.  Contact the AIS Support Center if you continue to have problems during the next business day.
