In preparation to move the Enterprise Information System (EIS) to a new server environment, there will be a freeze on changes to the system from Thursday, March 22, 2007, through Wednesday, March 28, 2007.
This means if reports or views are saved to your personal folder between Thursday and Wednesday (3/22 - 3/28), they will not be migrated to the new production environment. ALL OTHER reporting functionality will be available during this time with the exception of Wednesday morning (3/28 from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.) when the server migration takes place.
Also additions, deletions, or changes to EIS security will not occur during the freeze period.
The network and system changes for the EIS migration are scheduled for the morning of Wednesday, March 28, 2007, from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m., making EIS unavailable at that time.
