Contact your ASR (Access and Security Representative) and indicate which reports you need access to.

ASR Steps—

1. Before the ASR can request a new eDDS UserID& Password, they must contact the appropriate Report Steward(s) for approval. (See below.) If a user needs access to reports that fall under multiple domains, the ASR will need to get approval from all the appropriate Report Stewards – preferably via e-mail.

2. Once these approvals are received, the ASR can then request the eDDS UserID & Password from the AIS Security Office. Attach the Report Steward's approval with the request. Please also include the following user information in the request: first name, middle initial, last name, current AIS userID, PSU e-mail, phone number, and a list of reports for which access is being requested.

3. The ASR and the user will be notified when access is granted. If the user is new, instructions will be provided via e-mail describing how they obtain an initial eDDS password from AIS.
