eCommerce services (ePay, Merchant Admin and eStore)  WILL be available during the SSN conversion.  However, you should be aware that if accessing eCommerce from a non-eCommerce Web application, i.e. eLion, your Web application may not be available during the SSN conversion timeline.  Please visit the SSN Conversion Project Web site for the latest information!
