AIS will be upgrading the ePay Database on Sunday, 7/25/04, from 9:00 pm to 11:30 pm.

During that time, eCommerce Services will be unavailable to the following applications:

• ePay
• Generalized Interface (PASDC, MRI)
• Grad School Admissions App
• Fitness Services
• Transcript Web (including the eISIS component)
• eBill
• Student Account (eLion)
• World Campus Registration
• All eStore merchants
• ID+ Web **
• Dickinson Admissions **
• Undergraduate Admissions **

** We will be distributing  "Special" instructions for re-connecting to the new ePay database to the ID+ Web,  Dickinson Application, and Undergraduate Admissions server administrators.  The remaining applications will be updated by the AIS Server Administration team.

Updated 7/20: Please note that there will be an interruption of service to the Penn State Alumni and Hershey College of Medicine Web Applications as well (From 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm).  During that time we will need to shut off ePayment API.

We will send out an announcement to this list serv and the designated Application Server Administrators** Fifteen (15) minutes before we commence the database upgrade and at the conclusion of the upgrade.
