We have established our new, enhanced eCommerce environment. It has been in operation subsequent to October 1st. As of December 1st we should have 100% of our merchants migrated to the new eCommerce System. Originally we were going to shut down the "old" eCommerce system on December 31, 2004, however, we have extended that another month, to January 31, 2005. This will allow an extra month of "refund" or "credit" processing for transactions that originated on the old system.
The next EUG meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 1st from 2:30 to 4:00 pm, 100 Life Sciences building, University Park.
The Life Sciences Building is a new facility next to the Thomas Building, its #111 on the University map .
Here is the tentative agenda:

Changes (additions or deletions) to Merchant/Departmental administrators access to eCommerce Services (IP Address, ePay, Merchant Admin, Daily distribution of ROCR e-mails, and the eCommerce Users List serv) MUST be processed through this form. We will no longer be able to process requests via e-mail. We will process all change requests within two (2) business days.
