Penn State's eCommerce Bank Processor gateway will be implementing a major software upgrade this Friday, February 20. 

There will be no credit card-processing authorization services available from 1:30  to 7 a.m. on this day. However, because of the early hours of the upgrade, little or no impact on eCommerce operations is expected.  Note that some departments may experience a delay in the delivery of the daily ROCR e-mails on Friday morning.
