Current System

Departments using the current system will use the link to Merchant Admin for issuing credits or viewing reports. Merchant Admin also includes links to ePay and ePay History, if you are unable to access the page of ePay Links.

New System

Departments that have been switched over may use the link to eCommerce Control Center.

You will use eCommerce Control Center for processing payments, viewing history, issuing credits, and viewing reports.

If your department has not been switched over, valid eCommerce users may still log in and look around, but will not be able to process payments. In order to log in, valid users will need:

A valid Penn State Access Account user ID and password
A SecurID
Access granted to eCommerce services
