eCommerce Training


ECOMMERCE TRAINING

eCommerce Training is provided as part of eCommerce Account services.

New accounts will be contacted to schedule a training session after the account has been set up.

If you need refresher training or have new employees that require training, please contact ecommerce@psu.edu to request a training session.

ONLINE TRAINING TUTORIALS

ePay Authorization

The objective of the ePay Authorization tutorial is to demonstrate the use of ePay to process credit card authorizations at Penn State. It includes an "interactive" section where you can practice your credit card authorization skills.

ePay History

The objective of the ePay History tutorial is to demonstrate how to use ePay History to locate and troubleshoot credit card transactions

MERCHANT ADMINISTRATION TRAINING TUTORIALS

The eCommerce Merchant Administration tool is for designated supervisors and administrators for generating ROCR reports, Issuing Refunds, and Searching for Credit Card transactions

Merchant Administration - Part 1 (Merchant Payment Search and Issuing credits)

The objective of the Part 1 tutorial is to demonstrate the Merchant Payment Search function for researching credit card transactions for refunds and chargeback investigations.

Merchant Administration – Part 2 (Generating Reports)

The objective of the Part 2 tutorial is to demonstrate the Merchant Payment Report function for generating statistics, the ROCR reports and Credits report.

SUMMARY

Each module takes about 15 minutes. You may download and complete one or more modules as needed.

DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE ECOMMERCE TRAINING MODULES

  1. Goto the eCommerce Training Tutorial Download Page.
  2. Double Click on the eCommerce Training Tutorial of your choice.
  3. Click "Open" to view the tutorial.
  4. The tutorial will launch and you will be automatically stepped thru each page of the tutorial.
NOTES:
1. There are pause, fast forward, and rewind buttons in the window footer.
2. To Exit from the Training Tutorial , you may simply close the window or press the keys simultaneously.
