Software Overview The DBA-ES group not only uses software to meet its database administration mission, we also use a wide range of products in conjunction with database software.  DBA-ES also installs the software it uses.  Most people recognize the names of most of our core products; however, some may not be aware of all the products we use and install. To get a better idea of the wide range of software DBA-ES installs, supports, and uses in our daily operations, please visit the pages shown here which are vendor specific.  On these pages you will find the product names, the version currently used, and the versions we have in-house; several of which we hope to upgrade by the end of 2008. Nearly all of these products have interdependencies on the versions installed of other products shown.  Only a few of these products can be installed completely independent of the installed version level of other products. Follow this space in the coming months as DBA-ES upgrades products and writes about new and interesting features.
