Accessing Scholars Data Requests for data warehouse user access to the SCHOLARS data must be made in the format shown below and submitted electronically by your Access and Security Representative (ASR) to:   Roberta Hardin, (rhh1@psu.edu)  10 Schreyer Honors College University Park, PA 16802 Upon approval of authorization, the request will be forwarded to the Administrative Security Office, AIS-Sec@psu.edu, for assignment of Data Warehouse userID and password. You will then be notified of your access privileges, userID and password. If the request is approved, the individual will have access to all data within the designated college and campus location. Any changes in the job position or responsibilities of the designated power user should be reported to Roberta Hardin, rhh1@psu.edu. The following information is required to process the request. Example: Please provide the following individuals access to the Scholars database:  John Doe (e-mail = jxx1@psu.edu)  (AIS ID = jxx1) These individuals have an excellent understanding of Scholars data and data analysis. These individuals have read and understand University policies AD-20 and AD-23 regarding the confidentiality of data. By virtue of the fact that these individuals will be downloading Computerized Institutional Data to their own microcomputers or servers, they are now operating an Operational Computer Facility and agree to conform to the requirements of an Operational Computer Facility as outlined in University Policy AD-23 and University Guideline ADG-02.
