Degree Audit Database

A new degree audit database called degreeaud has been added to the Data Warehouse.  This database contains the degree audit program requirements, course lists and student exception information used in the production of degree audits.  There are 10 tables in the database. 

    Program (includes program code, effective/end years, program titles)
    Program_requirement (includes the requirement names associated with a program)
    Requirement (includes requirement names, effective/end years, requirement titles)
    Requirement_additional titles (includes additional and replacement requirement titles)
    Subrequirement (includes requirement names and each subrequirement definition)
    Subrequirement_title (includes subrequirement titles and replacement titles)
    Subrequirement_course (includes the courses associated with each subrequirement)
    Student_master (includes PSUID of students with exceptions)
    Student_exception (includes exception code for all exception types and actions for CP, CR, CS, HW, RC)
    Student_exception_course (includes the exception actions for AD, CC, DE, DL, DR, EX, RM, RS, SC)
 
Access to this database is available through the DataWarehouse Access web page, http://ais.its.psu.edu/data_warehouse/dw_request_access.html.
