AIMS Help All AIMS questions related to reports, account balances and related procedures should be directed to your Financial Officer. All other inquiries should be forwarded to the AIS Support Center.   AIMS reports should not be sent to agencies or any other external entity, including auditors. AIMS reports are intended only for internal use, to assist Penn State faculty with personal account management. Only Research Accounting and Financial officers may provide reports.
