1. Tabs allow selection from three types of trees
2. Highlight your selection

Step Two - The Report Options Window

Choose the options for how data will be reported.
There are options for selecting (1) Contract-to-Date, (2) Year-to-Date and (3) Range of Dates. Other options permit the calculation of Fringe and Overhead amounts on the data.

Step Three - The Report Windows

There are three different Windows for viewing the data: Report Window, Analysis Window and Payroll Window. A button is provided to get from the Report Window to the Analysis Window. Right-clicking on a category with applicable payroll data will enable the Payroll Window option. These actions send all the collected data to the Analysis and Payroll Windows.

Note: Payroll Window is only available in the Java version of AIMS.

1. Select and right-click a category in the Report Window, options to view
2. The Analysis and Payroll Windows are presented which use only the subset of data that contributes to the selected category
