As an example, the maintenance schedules of other University facilities (e.g., your local network, the University's primary Security Server, the high-speed data backbone) may affect your ability to access AIS systems. Typically, when such maintenance activities are required, they are performed between 5 and 7 a.m. In addition, some systems (e.g., Data Warehouse) might have certain components unavailable during off-peak times to perform database maintenance.
