Serves as the central University resource responsible for supporting administrative information systems. As a unit of Information Technology Services (ITS), AIS participates in the development, maintenance, and secure operation of the state-of-the-art applications using centralized student, business, and alumni databases.

Infrastructure & Operations

Provides management and support for Enterprise Server and Mid-Tier Server hardware platforms, operating systems, middleware, database software, and integration services. Provides production scheduling services and 24x7 server operations. Operates production control, oversees data entry activities, and oversees all facilities modifications. Provides advanced technology planning, capacity planning, and systems management. Provides support for departmental LAN administration. Interfaces with audit agencies to ensure a secure administrative information systems environment. Oversees the operational aspects of the AIS network and plans for sufficient network capacity and availability. Serves in leadership role for AIS Disaster Recovery planning.
